In 2015,  Zoya’s painting “The Mask” was chosen to be used as a book cover for the Arabic translation of  Nella Larsen’s  novel “Passing” . 

 

Zoya’s paintings have been used as illustrations for the British Journal of Wellbeing, the journal Psykisk Helse, Norway and Le Monde, Norway. 

 

Her paintings have also been used to illustrate the Poetry section of national High School textbooks in Norway

 

Her artwork has been used in connection with various theatre, film and music productions in Norway, Canada and the USA.
